The workshop will be held in a hybrid format however, the program committee strongly encourages in-person participation, as the primary objective is to strengthen connections among the various groups working on planetary sunshade solutions.

In-Person Registration includes
Students wishing to register for the student fee ticket must be registered at a primary, secondary, or tertiary institute at the time of registration and may be requested to provide a copy of their student ID for verification. Retirees must have retired at the time of registration and may be requested submit proof of retirement.
Conference registration can be purchased through the University of Nottingham Store. Payments are only accepted in GBP, other currencies may incur a conversion fee from your bank. If you would like a receipt for your organisation, please include your organisation name and VAT registration number in the "address 1" field at checkout. For any queries regarding registration, please contact us via sunshadeworkshop@nottingham.ac.uk. A full refund will be available for cancellations up to the 1st of March 2026. Thereafter no refunds are available. If you need to cancel, please email your request to the event organiser.
